I am creating my online lesson for next week tonight. Thought I would share a few of the @Livescribe pencasts I made
Here is a more advanced problem:
The students really enjoy being able to watch and hear me work through an example
the same way I would work them in class and also to be able to pause and watch the video
as many times as they need to!

I love my Livescribe Pulse Smart Pen. My husband and kids gave it to me
last year for Mother’s day! Wonder what I will get this year?! 🙂

OK, I am bummed! When I created the blog post I was able to embed the Livescribe video, but when I published it, only the link shows up in the blog!
Anyone know why or how to fix that?

Something in this blog’s coding must be blocking the embedding. I was just able to embed your page into both Facebook and Livejournal.
We’ll look into this further.

I found the issue. As I suspected, WordPress is blocking it:
“Flash and Other Embeds
Flash and all other embeds are not allowed in WordPress.com posts, pages, or text widgets. For security reasons, we remove the tags needed for these to work. Your intentions may be innocent, but someone somewhere would try to damage the site, affecting all of our users.
There are several safe ways to post Videos, Audio, and other items to your WordPress.com blog.”

thanks Jason! so, I guess that means I can’t embed here. I always embed them in my website. Check out some examples at:

You can see I use a variety of tools to create online examples, but most of the examples are done with the Livescribe pen.
Is Livescribe working on a way for the user to download the file so we can “own” the pencast and transfer it to another format?
